I have visited Montenegro a couple of times now, once during a day trip from Dubrovnik and the second time around I visited during my 4 month-long Europe trip. I have to say, the Balkans is a majorly underrated region in Europe. It’s gorgeous, safe, easy to navigate, and much less busy than in Western Europe.
Kotor is a captivating city, one that should certainly be on your European bucket list. And I love that you can find nice beaches here! In this guide, I’m sharing all of the best beaches in and near Kotor to visit during your trip. Although the old town is lovely to explore, it’s nice to get away from the crowds and relax by the water.
