At Heaven Boutique Hotel, you’ll find Heaven Rooftop Bar & Lounge where you can relax with a nice cocktail, live music, and a view. It’s located a few kilometers away from Gaysorn Village Shopping Mall, and they also have a restaurant with great bites.
2. Top Knot

A bit more boujee than the last, Top Knot is located in Hotel Once. They offer a vast menu of top-notch cuisine with seasonal ingredients. You’ll also find panoramic views of the Chao Praya River and of course delicious craft cocktails.
Reservations are required, you can book a reservation on their website. The bar and restaurant is open from 11 AM to 11 PM.
3. River Vibe Bar & Restaurant

At River Vibe Bar & Restaurant you’ll find a wide selection of traditional dishes, desserts, and drinks. As for cocktails, they have classics such as margaritas and tequila sunrises as well as unique drinks. You’ll also get the most beautiful view of the river from this bar.

4. Barbon

Barbon is a chic rooftop bar just steps away from Yaowarat Road (Chinatown). It’s located on the third floor of Hostel URBY. Once again, you’ll get great views of the river from this hidden gem. It’s also in the best spot to grab a bite to eat after a cocktail. Chinatown has some of the best cheap eats in Bangkok.
Barbon is closed on Mondays so keep this in mind if you plan to visit. Cocktail prices range from 200 to 300 baht.
5. Rooftop Bar at Sala Rattanakosin Bangkok

They have a great wine list, cocktail menu, and have an exquisite Thai menu with award-winning fine dining options. The rooftop bar is open from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
Many of Bangkok’s rooftops have a strict dress code but here at the Roof at Sala Rattanakosin is a relaxed place to unwind at the end of the day. You can book a reservation via email or walk in.

They have an expansive cocktail menu all at very affordable prices. You can also see some of Bangkok’s most sacred Buddhist temples from 342 Bar.

When is The Best Time to Visit Bangkok?
The best time to visit Bangkok is November through March when the weather is dry and somewhat cooler. The city’s pleasant weather makes it ideal for exploring the city’s outdoor activities.
The rainy season falls between June to October, you’ll likely notice that there are short bursts of showers and thunderstorms during this time. Accommodation and activity prices will also likely be lower.
All and all, it’s up to you but I suggest visiting from November through March. I lived in Bangkok during this time and it didn’t rain once. The weather was great. I also visited in June and wow was it hot. Like really hot. It didn’t end up raining though!
