What is EF Ultimate Break?
EF Ultimate Break is a travel company that has group trips all around the world. Whether you want to see the Pyramids in Egypt or the Eiffel Tower sparkle in Paris, there is a trip for you!
Your trip will include accommodation, local guides, transportation, some meals, and round-trip flights (or you can book them yourself if you’d like).
Is EF Ultimate Break Good for Solo Travelers?
Yes! EF Ultimate Break is great for solo travelers. Solo travel can be intimidating but joining a group tour is a wonderful way to make friends and see the world.
How Much Money to Bring on EF Ultimate Break Tours?
It’s typically recommended to bring $80 to $100 per day to cover meals and souvenirs. You can certainly spend less, especially in more affordable destinations such as Costa Rica or Thailand.
Pro-tip: My favorite debit card to travel with is the Charles Schwab debit card because they reimburse all foreign transaction fees saving you money.
What’s Included on EF Ultimate Break Trips?
Your trip will include accommodation, round-trip flights with airport transfers, city transfers, metro passes, a tour director, local guides, attractions, city walks, sightseeing, and some meals. Depending on the trip you book will determine what is included when it comes to meals and activities.
What is The Accommodation Like?
Most of the time your accommodation will be hostels. However, it does depend on your trip. During my time in Europe we stayed in hostels the entire time but on the other hand, in Egypt we stayed in hotels. You can also book “Plus” trips which is where you’ll stay in hotel style accommodation.

How Big are EF Ultimate Break Groups?
This will vary depending on the tour, however many range from 20 to 30 people. The group size can be up to 44 people.
Is EF Ultimate Break Worth It?
Yes! I absolutely love how they take the stress out of traveling! It’s such a seamless travel experience when exploring with EF Ultimate Break.
Does EF Ultimate Break Include Flights?
Yes, if you want. You can book your trip with or without round-trip flights. To be honest, I’d book flights on your own so that you have full control over the flight reservation in case of delays or cancelled flights.
Does EF Ultimate Break offer Payment Plans?
Yes, payment plans are available, making paying for your trip simple. You can put a $150 deposit down on your trip and select either monthly or bi-weekly payments. Your final payment will be 30 days before your trip begins.
What is The Age Range for EF Ultimate Break?
Travelers are ages 18 to 35 years old.
